Tyson Blume knows his drinks. He’s been serving alcohol for Uli’s longer than you might think. In the old days, when papa Uli overbooked the restaurant and sent customers upstairs to his apartment to enjoy a complimentary drink or two while they waited for their table, who do you think served them? A teenaged Tyson. But we probably shouldn’t be telling you that.
Tyson’s initial interest was in wine, and after earning his Sommellier Level 1 he also began to develop an affinity for beer. His enthusiastic explorations through the world of fermented grains have led to Uli’s Restaurant being home to one of the best and biggest beer selections that White Rock has to offer.
